$1415 - 1 BDRM/1 BATH SUBLET IN SOUTH LAKE UNION AT THE CAIRNS APARTMENTS

I need someone to take over my lease on a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment at The Cairns Apartments until the end of September 2009. The apartment is approximately 650 square feet. The apartment rents for $1415 a month. Covered parking is an additional $75. Dogs and cats are allowed in the building but would need to be negotiated with management. On-site storage is available. There is a deck facing south. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

More information about the apartment complex can be found on their website, as well as pictures of units in the building (they are all very similar). I can take pictures of the actual apartment upon request but it basically looks the same as the ones on the website. The apartment complex is about 1 block north of REI and has easy north and south freeway access.

You would be taking over the lease and would have to pass a background check and pay a deposit fee of $250. I'm flexible with the move-in date. Lease expires in September but there would be the option to sign another.
